Conventional Large table Milling machine

Table size: 1470*320mm (58" * 12")

1. X axis travel 1000mm, Y/Z axis travel 400mm which is much longer than standard M4VB;
2. our casting is double layer, with square guide way, this improves the casting's rigidity, and the square guide way could keep entire machine more stable during processing metal pieces, also ensure the precision when the knee moving up and down;
3. Y axis is square guide way, its load-bearing and guiding performance are much better than dovetail;
4. After enlarge the table size to 1470*320mm, we also make the saddle and knee larger accordingly, the cross and vertical guide way are full covered, so when move the table to one side end, it well prevents entire machine to overturn, and keep the working precision better.
